Do You Have Bandwidth?
 The quality of streaming video is dependent on how it is encoded for delivery and the amount of bandwidth available for it to be viewed properly.  A video must be compressed and digitized so that it will stream at the speed selected by the provider and user.  The higher the compression, the more information is eliminated, which is why some streaming videos are not as clear as a good television signal.
